• All rates quoted in $US Double Occupancy and are subject to change without prior notice

• Single rates less $100.00 per night. Single rates are not applicable during the Winter Peak Season 
• A charge of USD 100. including BB only will apply for children between 4 – 12 years sharing room/suite with parents or two adults
• A charge of USD 150. including BB  and dinner will apply for children between 4 – 12 years sharing room/suite with parents or two adults.
• There is no charge for children 3 years old and under
• We do not accept more than 2 adults per room 
• All reservations must be secured by a deposit in the amount of four nights accommodations plus taxes.
• Minimum stay of 5 nights during January & February.

• DEPOSIT, CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY
• A deposit in the amount of 4 nights accommodation inclusive of taxes must secure all reservations.  Deposit can be paid via Visa, Master or American Express cards.
• 28 days cancellation notice required to guarantee refund of advance deposit.
• The hotel will retain a 4 nights charge if reservation is cancelled less than 28 days prior to arrival. No shows will be deemed to be cancellations.  Early departure after check-in will result in full charges being applied for the complete period reserved.
