RATE INFORMATION 

• All rates quoted in $US Dollars and represent double occupancy per night
• Rates are exclusive of the 10% Service Charge

-  Airport Meet & Greet Service (Barbados & Mustique) 
-  Full Unpacking and Pressing Service on arrival

• Maximum of two (2) adults per room 
• A supplement of US $120.  inclusive of breakfast and dinner will apply for children between ages 4 and 12 years when sharing with 2 adults.
• There is no charge for children 3 years and under 
• Supplements are plus 10% service charge

DEPOSIT, CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICY 

• An advance deposit equivalent to four (4) nights inclusive of service charge is required to secure reservation.  Full prepayment is required for bookings of three (3) or less nights.
• 28 days cancellation notice required to guarantee refund of advance deposit.
• Advance deposits or prepayment amount would be refunded less 4% administrative processing fee. 
• The hotel will retain the advance deposit or prepayment amount if booking is canceled less than 28 days prior to arrival.
• No-shows would be deemed to be cancellations. 
• Early departure after check-in will result in full charges being applied for the entire period reserved. 
• Special deposit and cancellation policies apply for the Christmas/New Year period.
